store, catalogue, search, edit, publish, share, distribute, govern and manage
your content.

One system

A single platform to govern the entire content lifecycle.

One archive · the same metadata · a single point of control

One partner, less complexity

One contract, one point of contact and support that is always coordinated. No juggling separate suppliers, no complex integrations to keep alive over the years.

Information that stays consistent

Every piece of content carries its own information and metadata through its whole lifecycle. That means sharper search, more order, and data that matches wherever it is used.

Reliability that makes the work easier

Fewer systems and fewer connections to maintain means fewer places where a content operation can break. The result is a platform that is more stable, simpler to govern and quicker to support when something needs attention.

The three layers of the platform

Every piece of content follows one simple path, from management to publication.

01 · Manage

Where do you keep and organise your content?

  • Upload documents, images and video from any source.
  • Classify and organise them the way your work actually runs.
  • Handle permissions, versions and usage rights.
  • Find what you need quickly, through search and metadata.

Value: scattered content becomes an organised body of material that is always available.

02 · Publish

How do you make content accessible and usable?

  • Build media libraries, catalogues and themed portals.
  • Organise content into journeys, collections and playlists.
  • Manage publication without development work.
  • Make the right information available to the right people.

Value: content does not sit in an archive, it becomes a tool for communication and service delivery.

03 · Distribute

How do you reach your audience and measure the results?

  • Distribute content and video across your digital channels.
  • Deliver live and on-demand streaming.
  • Embed the player in your websites with a single line.
  • Analyse usage, views and engagement.

Value: content reaches the right people and you can measure whether it worked.

Data sovereignty

Data held in Italy. Governance made simpler.

Garavot is a cloud service qualified by ACN at QC1 level — the Italian National Cybersecurity Agency — and listed in the national catalogue of cloud services for the public sector. Data, metadata and logs stay on Italian soil, which means clearer control over how information is handled and which jurisdiction governs it.

For public bodies this is a hard requirement. For private organisations it is the certainty of knowing where their content actually sits, and of keeping control of their own digital assets — a question that matters well beyond Italy, wherever EU data residency is part of the brief.

YouTube gets a copy. The original stays in your archive.

Publishing on YouTube is essential if you want to reach an audience. Handing it custody of your entire video library is a different matter.

With Garavot the archive remains the original, always-current source of your content. From there you decide what to publish, where to distribute it and when to pull it back, keeping control of information, versions and usage rights.

  • The original is always yours Metadata, versions and cataloguing information stay in Garavot. Distribution platforms become publishing channels, not archives you depend on.

  • Rights are handled automatically Expiry dates are part of the content itself. When a right runs out, Garavot can pull the item from every connected channel without anyone having to remember.

  • A single point of control Website, intranet, apps, smart TV and YouTube are all managed from one interface. One operation, consistent governance across every channel.
